I’m From Rice Toner

Since revamping my skincare routine, it hasn’t been too long since I have added toners. So far I have found a few that I really liked but this Rice Toner from I’m From, I fell in love with right away.

This product really does hydrate. Right away I can feel the moisture and illuminating effects. A little on the pricey side but totally worth it!
