Super Easy Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Fries

Healthy Sweet Potato Fries that go well with any dish or just to eat as a healthy snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Sweet Potato
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Wash and peel (optional) the sweet potato
  • Cut sweet potato into slices about 1/2 inch wide and 4 inchs long (about the sizes of traditional fries)
  • Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes getting a nice layer on each individual piece
  • Then toss the slices in rice flour, coating each piece thoroughly
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place coated sweet pototoes flat on the baking sheet
  • Sprinkly salt evenly over the fries
  • Bake for 25 minutes and flip over for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
