CRIO BRU LATTE

You probably have never heard of Crio Bru or maybe you just started seeing it at local stores, as it’s becoming more and more popular.

This is one of my favorite coffee substitutes. But I do have to clarify that this doesn’t taste like coffee as Roasted Chicory Root does. I wanna say it has more of a mocha taste to it… like a mix of chocolate and coffee. But it’s still nice to add to your drink regimen.

So What Is Crio Bru?

It’s 100% pure ground cacao with amazing flavors and the aroma of pure dark chocolate. But don’t think this is hot chocolate because it is nothing like that!

Cacao is packed with nutrients like antioxidants to boost your immune system and magnesium to support bone, brain, and heart health. While low in carbs and calories. What’s cool about Crio Bru is that cacao acts as a natural appetite suppressant. What I love about Crio Bru is that it’s got all these amazing natural mood enhancers. Which helps you feel great, along with giving you increased focus, reduced stress, and it helps you sleep better.

How To Make Crio Bru

Crio Bru is roasted, ground, and brewed just like coffee. You brew it in your French press or coffee maker, just like coffee. It’s that easy.

I make mine in my French press, add a little stevia and put it into my frother with my Lactose-Free, (Keto/Paleo) Heavy Cream. I love it this way because it makes the drink light and fluffy. Almost like I’m drinking a milkshake.

I’m really excited because I just bought some Sweet Drop Peppermint and going to test it out, for a peppermint latte. Crio Bru is so versatile, you can pretty much add whatever you want to it or drink it black.

Different Roasts

If you like a light or a heavily roasted coffee, Crio Bru offers all kinds. They carry ones like Ecuador French Roast. This one has a bright and robust earthy flavor. Or they have Pumpkin Spice Light Roast and limited editions like Carmel or Hazelnut… which are all amazing.
