My Symptoms
To be honest… I experienced about 30 of those symptoms above. I had seen doctors and they told me, for the most part, my symptoms were related to getting older.
I tested in the ‘normal’ ranges for the test they had me take. Those doctors just told me to work out harder, eat a more restrictive diet, or to consider having a tubal ligation (not sure how that was related! to my symptoms!). I was told so many things… except that my breast implants might be the root cause.
I eventually found a doctor who opened my eyes to Breast Implant Illness. She knew what implants were doing to my body.
More importantly, she knew how to test for specific inflammation markers to determine if my breast implants were truly affecting my health and body.
And guess what… I had high inflammation markers!
The Right Tests
Although there is no definitive test to prove you have Breast Implants Illness, there are tests that can determine health problems related to silicone related to your breast implants.
