HORMONES… THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH?

We are all in search of the fountain of youth in one way or another. Wishing we can prolong beauty, health, and mental sharpness at any cost. Let’s not lie to ourselves… that’s why we buy makeup, face creams, go to the gym, eat healthily, and take supplements, all so we can feel and look good, as long as possible.

Looking and feeling good is associated with youth. Do you ever hear of younger people complaining about back pain, brain fog, or high cholesterol… or that they are dying from heart attacks?

Trying to stay younger mentally and physically isn’t a bad thing! It’s not vanity… it’s Optimal Health.

Does Aging Need Our Help?

So, how do we achieve optimal health as women? And should we take advantage of the opportunities with the advancements in modern-day technology and medicine or should we let mother nature run her course?

We all know plastic surgery is becoming more and more common. I’ll be honest, the more I age, the more I start looking in the mirror and pulling back skin… just to see what it looks like. And, I know we’ve all been there, done that! We tend to want to look younger… again, not for vanity reasons but to feel good again.

Is that the answer though… plastic surgery? I’m definitely not opposed to plastic surgery (considering I’ve already dabbled in it myself). But is that going to make us feel good on the inside as well?

What if we could trick mother nature? What if there was a way to achieve eternal youth by working from the inside out?

Beating To Your Own Drum

Everything in life has a rhythm, and we are included in that rhythm. Think of the seasons, nature, and animals… our bodies are no different. Our menstrual cycle is part of that rhythm and when that stops we are no longer in line with nature. This is when our bodies begin to, as we say “fall apart”.

The Aging Woman

When we start aging, we stop producing our female hormones, the first sign of this is when our menstrual cycle becomes shorter and shorter, till it eventually stops altogether.

During this time, we not only lose our sex drive and mental clarity but our bodies begin to break down physically, from the inside out. Just ask any aging woman, she’ll tell you all about it!

Hormones

This is the ultimate source of life. Estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, testosterone, insulin, prolactin, and melatonin, are all hormones that register to each cell directly, right down to the nucleus. They control life and when they are no longer being produced, the cells in your body begin to age and entropy (die).

For women, without regular ovulation of high levels of Estrogen, which is followed by Progesterone, genes involved in cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and autoimmunity become uncontrollable. We are no longer in sync with nature and therefore we begin to be ‘weeded out. Unfortunately, we are no different than all things on this planet.

Is Youth Wasted On The Young?

Strong scientific evidence is coming out about Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. By supplementing our bodies with these decreasing hormones, we can have the opportunities for greater energy, stronger libidos, and better mental clarity…Again!
